there is no morning intercity train from mtm to vskp. So start a train from mtm ICE by rsa with ratnachal start at 7 reach vizag by 1.00 pm. the arrived ratnachal express from bza at 12.05 should depart at 12.40 as mtp intercity and reach mtm 6.40. arrived mtm intercity exp from mtm to vskp should start as ratnachal by 13.40 then it will reach bza by 7.40 pm . Same as vaigai / pallavan is operated between Madurai - chennaiegmore - tiruchy.

You are missing many facts here. SCR is biggest zone in south, Much bigger than SR ZONE.

I am the native of vizag and also a active member of vizag railway issues . But i really don't understand you are point in talking about a train from vizag which is not required now and also u want a RSA. so funnt...i think i better stop this discussion here.

I f vizag becomes capital more and more companies may invest that too port city so job oppurtu. will increase for the people in and around vskp for that purpose and reduce the burden of ratnachal that's it
