May be it will be extended to Guntur after Capital, Zone announcement came.
I fee there should be a Shatabdi express between Guntur to Vizag once capital announced.

Railway minister vachina rakuna State Government every budget lo koncham part railway infrastructure ( New Tracks, Pit lanes, station development, New terminals) ki istha chalu
State will develop and many Places will get railway Connectivity. State Government means organisations like AP Genco, Singareni Colleriers which are fully depend on Railways only and they are funding entire Railway line with electric connectivity
Vizag steel and Singareni collieries already told railways years back that they will take care Kovvur-Badrachalam road new line....this line helps to reduce 150 km distance between these two. But railways not much interested.
Any ways vizag steel already supporting around 500 crs i think for Raipur-Viziyanagaram doubling and Electrification. Good work by orissa CM....aa time vizag steel cmd kuda orissa valle vunnaru kanuka inka easy ga ayyindhi.
