yes, when it gets late, they use ICF rake to run it on time and same arrangement has now been done for Sampoorna Kranti EXpress as the route is nowadays so congested and trains hardly move in Ald-Mgs section..
yes and now Sampoorna kranti will also not get cancelled. I think the same rake will be used for both trains.. they might make them common with addition or removal of one or two coaches
