I heard somewhere that LHB Sleeper coaches are not allowed to go over 120 km/hr.
As per this video the train touches 130 km/hr

Its allowed to touch 120 max and not 130.. As I have travelled in it after getting LHB.
For the TE updates it may go upto 140 also and for thr very next station it may come down at 80-90 KMPH. But when you calculate two to three stations. You mat get max 120 only..

Coaches are designed for 200 km/h, but as per Indian Terms, its restricted for 160 km/h, cause it clicked the highest while being tested with RDSO Coach.
And its 130 km/h to Rajdhani (Exceptional to Bhopal Shatabdi, Mumbai's 2 Rajdhani's)
LHB Non AC coaches can do 120 km/h-130 km/h but it safety factor, it can restricted by the zone n the CRS officer.

Video shows a clear cut speed of 130 km/hr.. Hope this is not fast forwarded..
This is an old video most probably of the time when it was first allotted with LHB coachs from 7 jul 12 to 18 jul 12. But were later withdrawn for some technical flaw. And once they were corrected and the trains started getting LHB the MPS has been restricted.. As it keeps following trains with mps of 110 kmph for long duration. And the most probable places where it goes 120 is around Ndls-Ald where it runs with full freedom and in the Mgs-karisath stretch..
