Train no. 12104/12103 is really a bad choice for PUNE as their is no pantry car and male co passengers(not to forget the YOUNG STUDENTS) consumes alcoholic drinks in the evenings thus it makes unsafe for the female passengers traveling alone in the AC coaches. RPF is never seen escorting the passengers
Its no use the pax who tries to complain travel with their families and when they approach TTE to complain the TTE try to discourage the family members by explaining the legal formalities during the journey and offboard the journey
