for last 3 week , i have seen brand new ICF Ac3 coaches , 13116, 13117 ,13118 and lot of sl coaches marked SR , STANDING NEAR SALT DEPOT AT BASIN BRIDGE , chennai , They have not been attched to any train so far no sent to any other divisionof southern railway,what could be reason KEEP THE NEW COACHES IDLE
