1-IRCTC online booking : Quickbook is not allowed between 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
2-Premium Trains can be booked online only. Tickets not available at PRS
3-To popularise online booking and to garner more money, they are thinking of making PRS booking costlier

IR is defeating own policy.
And above all, they may 'cancel the whole train' if there is no 'enough booking' (recently it has happened in Northern part of India.)
Such is the fate of travelers in India , that one can not quick book premium trains, but Govt can cancel your tour.
On irctc site this train is not included /train/timetable/22845/997/272
