Read in FAQ that this train ran between Peshwar and MAQ ? What was the route and for how many years it ran in this route ?

Krish, as a matter of fact soon after GT was initially introduced in 1929 to ply between Mangalore and Peshawar, its run got curtailed to the Mettupalaiyam-Lahore stretch. Again in 1930 further shortened to run between Madras and Delhi. (Source: IRFCI)
