since my blog /blog/post/1051828 was derailed , i request fm to archive it.
question 1 since both chennai rajdhani and ltt nzm ac have LHB coach and same kind of LHB then why there is speed diifference ?

question 2 why not IR is standardising the speed of all lhb to 130 kmph whenever track is fit for high speed ?

Ans 1. :- Chennai Rajdhani is Permitted to Do 130 Kmph in NZM-JHS Stretch were as NZM LTT Ac Express haven't got CRS Clearence to do Above 110Kmph. That's why there is Speed difference.
Ans 2:- Trains are doing 130 Wherever required after getting CRS Clearence only.
Ans 3 :- Same Clearence Awaiting.

thats what is shocking yaar , when rdso has already issued certificate for clearance of all lhb coaches upto 130 kmph then why is crs delaying ...
.
is this a 2 tier system that first rdso clears and then crs approves .. if it is really 2 tier , then its such a slow procedure which must be quickened up.

Yes ut is like that only.. RDSO gives Speed Certificate of Coaches and Loco.
but running on Tracks with Other Traffic management needs to be approved by CRS for certain trains Like this.. Not All trains needs CRS clearence to Run at 110 but here it is needed.
