Most important question is why RCF kapurthala still producing old ICF coaches in large number. last year they produced 1700 coaches out of this only 300 odd coaches where LHB.
at least 66% production should be of LHB.
these legendary train still not got LHB coaches.

Yeah! If cost is the main issue, why is IR wasting money on ICF coaches? No wonder IR is mismanaged.
Anyways, if ICF, RCF Kapurthala, RCF RBL together manufacture LHBs, many important trains would be able to get LHB coaches.

But one Legendary train Sampoorn kranti has LHB coaches. I think it made up for all legendary trains.....omg!!
