my grandpa too gets 2 sets... but he is no more able, interested and flexible to reach the HQ to get one of those.. so it gets unused..
Yes, Subham bhai one set of second class pass(pink colour) in a year is entitled for 3ac in any m/e train but not allowed in sl class of duronto. He cannot book in garib rath even.
My father also dont use them always. He uses it only when he travels alone or with my mom since while travelling with family the coach would be different and wants to travel with family rather than availing the facility.
When i was student and he was working he can avail 3 free passes and 6 1/3rd passes per year and we use almost all of them and enjoyed travelling a lot in trains.
