I want to know about,if the ticket of all class is full and tatkaal quota have seats then ticket booked in general quota showing GNWL/RLWL/RAC may upgrade in tatkaal quota or not

i have booked my e ticket train no.12358 amritsar to kolkata exp. and its shows RLWL 65/WL 48 AND 49 DATE 18 april.could u pls tell me wheather the ticket will be confirmed or not ?
