Railways should be dragged to court for 1) Creating scarcity of summer specials this year compared to last year, 2) Overcharging even (no concession) in the name of dynamic pricing premium trains, 3) Charged under MRTP Act for not providing and planning for vacations, since a middle class families still depend heavily on railways and many times it is not affordable to buy tickets for kids at premium rates
how can they be dragged for creating scarcity of summer spcl ?
he probably meant to say the trains that wd hv ran as summer specials and cleared d rush are being run as premiums and thus scarcity for ordinary m/e specials
but , still court case cannot be filed.
