Because it a premium train, long distance travelers are preferred, that is the reason no booking available from PNVL to TCR as per my view.
For train #12432 one has to book from Originating station to intermediate station or from intermediate station to Destination. intermediate-to-intermediate station booking is not allowed for this train but there is no such restriction for train #12431
Yep ... that odd scenario when u can book between TCR to PNVL but not the reverse one :(
