Thanks, so it means Total seats in 12424 under NDLS-PNBE quota are ( Avbl >24 Avbl >5 Avbl >1).
24 seats are allotted from Ndls to Pnbe, seen it many times. if you wish to know exact number, just check the availability at 0730 h for the date of which reservation is opening and you will come to know what is the exact number of seats available for booking
