VGM BG & Subho Nobo Borsho to you, I hope many have planned to take circular railways this evening. Well railways should have informed this 1-2 days back...
all have back up plans and users know that circular railway is short terminated or services cancelled on occasions like puja idol immersion poila baisakh etc
I am sure it ll cause inconvenience but wont come as a surprise to them
