static converter fitted written on loco. wat is that ? pls explain. thanks.
as its already mentioned in the pic details,it was the GZB WAP1 in the earlier days & now it is converted to WAP4 & transferred to MGS from GZB.
He's asking about a Static Converter, not about the upgrade of the loco.
