So CR is Back to its Cheap Level of Thinking by not letting Other Places to Develop!!!

Kharge will win for sure :-) He has not done it for winning election, he can easily win any election... as he has already won MLA 9 times(consecutively) one time MP... Winning is habbit for him... But think why could the tenders be called from SWR ???
Sir.. Without proper transfer SWR cannot call tenders and the transfers has to be done from CR. Now if the tenders are cancelled, that means CR has not at all initiated the process.
But I know some buildings which were constructed in Gulbarga Railway Station by SCR (for Bidar-Gulbarga line) and they house in very much CR/IR land ... but SCR called for tenders and built them. If SCR can do why not SWR. And also the land alloted for Div office is about 4-5 Kms from Gulbarga Railway Station and SWR can build there as its not linked to CR station which is Gulbarga...
Sir, we can't feel happy that even others have been cheated. Everybody should get what they are offered to get.
