what is the reason most of the time 12312 starts 1hour late from Kalka itself. there is gap of around 18hrs for turn around.

Now Purshottam with the power of 130kmph recovers all the delay between CNB and NDLS. Most of the time reaches NDLS Timely.
Also no stop between CNB-GZB gives enough opportunity to run like Rajdhani exp.
i think someone has got thrasing from Railway Board. because earlier if 12312 used to reach late at ALD. then 12312 used to reach MGS after midnight. but today 12312 reached ALD 90 minutes late. but after ALD it is maintaining an average speed of 75kmph. crossed vindhyachal.
Kalka mail overtook seemanchal and chambal express in between chunar and MGS.
