I have ticket on 12134 MAJN-CSTM for today 17.4.14. The train as per MAJN station would be late by more han 6 hours as the train coming from CSTM is going to be late. In case I cancel the ticket will I get full refund & how.
You may have to file a TDR, after chart preparation of train and citing reason that due to late running of train for more than 3 hrs, passenger has not travelled. You will get full refund in this case. Once I did the same although the money got credited after 3 months, the refund was full, removing clerical charges..
then visit MAJN surrender ticket and get refund then and there
