It is not cheating...it is done to recover the cost of KR.....and hence so......inflated kms will be removed once the cost recovery is done

I'm say w.r.t. this train whose actual avg speed is below 55 but as per inflated kms it is above 55 and now IR tags it as SF and collects SF charges. This train has been given very high slack can be speeded up by 2 to 3hrs even after being a SF gets overtaken by 6 to 8 trains including non SF trains.
