Railway ministry is certainly doin injustice with commin man... by introducing d premium special train.. for eg if u see d fair or varanasi bound LTT BSB premium train its fair indicated is aprro 1500 Inr.... bt if u book it d fair dememded by irctc is 5100.. really shocking... if u call irctc they proudly say dat d prices are very dynamic and may even go upto 15,000/-... some one should file PIL in supreme court regarding dis issue..

Though I agree with your comment, a PIL wont stand much ground as railways will easily prove that they are anyways providing subsidized rates for 99% of its trains. So it has every right to earn a little extra from such initiatives.
First you file an RTI regarding allocation of funds to Railways from General budget for last 10 years, and then expenditure made by state goovernments over the same period on railway projects. Then file an PIL citing the reason that if railways wishes to earn then they should increase fares and the budget allocation from general budget must first be stopped..
Very true... and this cheap means by introducing premium trains shall stop..... if at all railways want to earn they should increase the fair rather than adopting these means... it will only only divide society on economic grounds.. where as our constitution talks of equality and welfare government which is directive principal of state policy...
kya baat --- indian railways have been finished by politics.-- increase in fare is also no no to all political paries. indian railways now have become a human slaughtering process--- 10000+ accidents in last 2 decades
