agree to this tt but this should be a new train. The existing 15765/66 should be left untouched and a new train on your proposed tt should be started. The existing ICE is being used by many to go towards TFGN, DBB from NCB after deboarding from UtaarBanga and Kamrup. Your suggested train will be very helpful to pax from DBB, BXHT, TFGN and MRDG to go to their workplaces at Coochbehar and Alipurduar and for businessmen going to Siliguri. Currently the buses going to Cooch Behar and Alipurduar from TFGN and BXHT take a lot of time and are extremely crowded during office hours.
