Why not 130??? Due to track condition or emd cnt run at more then 110kmph
EMDs are able to accelerate speeds upto 130KMPH easily .The track scenario in some of the areas cannot withstand more than 110 kmph.At places track situation is ok,but due to single line it cannot get the clearance.All these factors are responsible.But there are certainly some sections where EMDS ccelerate upto 120 KMPH.........NBQ-SAMUKTALA ROAD double section,NCB-NJP singled section.
