Grievance Description : Sir On 13 April 2014, I went with my friend for a reservation Telescopic ticket from Kanpur to Gulbarga breaking as CNB JHS, JHS WL, WL GR. The total distance from Kanpur to Gulbarga via Manmad is 1631kms but via Warangal it is 1717kms. It was 03:42pm, I went to counter no 4 for it, the clerk refused to book it and said he'll not book it via Warangal route. I then asked him instead of Kanpur make it from Jhansi to Gulbarga via Warangal but he wasnt ready to. I then went to supervisor for same and he said he'll give only on Karnataka express route and will not give via Warangal. The way he said wasnt customer satisfactory. Its not the first time but many times it has been observed that PRS of Kanpur Central doesnt show any courtesy and consideration towards people. Many times people from rural background comes and they need help for it. Indian Railway is for everyone. Many times if people dont know rules, CNB PRS shows very rude behavior, its not a single case, many times they do same. I just went to ask but the way he replied, was like we are asking him it for free. CNB PRS is not into basic customer service, manners and humbleness.
Current Status : RECEIVED THE GRIEVANCE
