on 13 apr i was travelling in this trains B-1 coach. it was one of the worst travelling experience i ever had with this train. this train wass on time till chiplun. this train suferred the bad management of IRs. if they had planned route diversion on time, it may not been late by 24hours. after announcement of diversion, the catering services got affected. worst quality food served. there was always cutting in the menu. last day i.e. 15 apr evening dinner was worst. chapaties were spoiled as per sour and bad in taste, rice were half cooked, chicken was also half cooked and raw. no body from whole coach eat it. in spite of being premium train as rajadhani, it was on last priority for train controller. really worst management and experience however, could be avoided
