Yes it is off-topic to many, but this Music Festival is chosen in this Tourist Season to promote tourism in Darjeeling Hills... And railways are running numerous special trains to New Jalpaiguri to cater the extra rush of tourist to Darjeeling, Sikkim & Dooars... See one premium train is already being announced to New Jalpaiguri from Howrah.

Even SER/South Eastern Railway, first time in history is running special train to New Jalpaiguri from Santragachi.
