But there is lot of availability in spite of heavy WL in other trains.May be no takers due to high fare
Not only this one, all the new 'Premium's will be flop I guess. Reason:
1) Dynamic fare
2) Even the starting fare is higher than Raj/Duronto; imagine what the fare would be at 'Tatkal Period(Last 2 days)' in this case
3) No consession; for this train IR doesn't care whether you are a Senior Citizen or you are Handicapped
