Long back, i enquired @ ISBT Kashmiri Gate, for bus service to Shimla/Mandi..i got info about normal & Deluxe buses, with huge fare diffrence but approx same runtime!!! I had the query as what deluxe when run time doesnt have the difference...but yes, the difference realized after journey...comfort, seat quality, curtain etc add to the service in-sync to deluxe!!!
Its simply emotional drive which always look forward for smething faster as compensation....while 1-2 hrs doesnt make any much difference, if comfort is realized!!

As expected the BJU-NDLS is getting zero attention till now.
Strangely the 04022 booking is not opened yet. And due to this may be the train may not get good booking.

"Do any1 ask agent/tout about extra service which he charge, much over & above booking charge?? And thats much higher than Premium chage even with no guarantee!!"
Painting every one in same colour ?
Tout and Authorised agents are not same and even when tout charges no one pays extra money unless ticket is confirmed.

Well, auhorised agents..the one who make booking via irctc....kindly get in any season and demand any rush train confirm ticket and u get to know how u gonna get painted!!!
And whats the issue, if there exist confirm berth in the bzy season? Open the gateway for authorised agents and extend ARP...and u find the difference!!
It was easy for IR to define these trains with no limitation of ARP/Booking & hen jampacked train & then hue-cry over blogs that there heed to be train, as every train running jam-full!!!
