and it seems no upgrades allowed in premium special trains. 60+ berths vacant in 3A minutes before charting.
If no cancellation are there at least they should upgrade instead of putting pax in rac
upgrade will be done, only when pax are waiting in lower class, and here maybe W/L booking not allowed in Pr. Trains.
