If i booked a waiting list ticket of sleeper class from window counter,then it will be valid or not to travel in sleeper.I have 4 confirmed tickets for the same train.

yes, you can request TTE to allow the waitlisted passenger without disturbing the other, in normal cases the TTE will allow
