KCVL could have handled it at the specified timings. It would have been extended due to pressure from across border.!

useful, but sad to find that as per my intuition,LTT-KCVL is getting extended to TEN.... now i feel SR should close down KCVL if they have to extend all trains to TEN, a bomb is better than a lollipop

From 2010 or 2011 (year not sure) onwards 01067/68 has been running as LTT-TEN-LTT, before that as you said it was running as LTT-KCVL-LTT for quite a long period. Even for 01065/66 CR always proposes to run it up to TVC but SR rejects the proposal stating that TVC is unable to handle it.

due to operational reasons only it got extended to TEN, nothing wrong here., if you take SBC , for operational reasons now trains are get extended to Mysore. even if extended to TEN , the seat allocation wont get affect for TVC.
its better TEN can add under TVC division. it will be fine for both revenue and operational reasons
