tatkal is not cleared in this season of rush or forever this is new rules vip seats left in a train gave to general quata waiting list passengers this rule creates very problem to tatkal passengers also as general waiting list passengers bcoz they didnt get full birth the also get half seat in rac coach.
i will agree with this facilate the sale of premium spl trains but they will no every sector.
