Can't the new DD rake of NER can be run in 8-8 coaches...? A daily DD from GKP to NDLS and NDLS to GKP via MB, LJN can't be implemented of 8 coaches each...?
If this would work +ve then after some time NER could increase the coaches...

if this plan strikes in minds of officials... then I think there will be no such problem... couldn't they will be able to get new EOG's...? tab tak train jugaadu EOG se Chal jaegi.. jaise 12233/34 mei Shayad Garib Rath ka EOG lagta h.. :p it's full green coloured coach..
aap ka plan to behtareen hai but mujhe aisa hona possible nahin lag raha.
ek to kuchh coaches ko railway spare bhi rakhta hai emergancy me badalna pare us ke lie. to 17 me se 15 cc coaches hain un me se 12-13 hi ek bar me use honge. to 12/2=6 plus 2 eog 8 coaches ki train chalana bohot zyada viably bhi nahi hoga.
