tinpahar is doubled long back and trains running on new tracks since one year. d last I had been to sbg was in October. then till sbg the tracks were elevated and sleepers had arrived. I guess by now trial runs should be taking place till sbg...electrification is far off thing...
anand sir just blogging awesome scenery n nice place won't do. u have to visit the place. d pkace with rajmahal hills towards south and cold calm ganga towards north...the land with greenery all around and peace prevailing. ..the land well connected to kolkata guwahati delhi and mumbai...and above all the land of broad gauge **
yes BG sir... we will certainly make a trip to your place... possibly clubbing it with kolkata trip
Sorry to say, but still doubling is far away from SBG.. Only land is finalised. And at tinpahar, still track work is going on.. With const. of new 4th platform there.. Trains are still running on single line, with halt at each and every station for trains' crossing.
