it means 16650 parasuram express was diverted via ALLP due to some works at ERN.. so a guy who mistook parasu as a passenger and he boarded it. parasu didnt had the halt at the station where they guy was suppose to get down.. there his dad was waitning for him..seeing his dad he jumped off the train...and rest is history... he is no more..
