Railways should start premium trains without dynamic fare pricing.

they should fix the limit upto which a ticket can cost. say for sleeper it should not be higher than 3A on the same route. like that for 3A not more than 2A for 2 A not more than 1A and for 1A maximum limit must be there. at least lootna to nahi chahiye
