Govt. soley responsible ???
Come on dude wake up. The mine owners both small and big are corrupt to the core they destroyed our environment, economy, they made crores how can you call them innocent ?
Same thing would happen to IR if privatised.
Let govt. manage rail in a better way.

You need a permission from government to start mining.. Then who is responsible.. Couldn't the government have not stopped mining before it was started by not granting the permission..
Illegal mining didn't require a permission they mined out more minerals then what they were allowed they even mined in ecologically important areas. Mining out what could be mined in 10 years of time in a one year period thats greed. The root of the scam were the owners and then the corrupt politicians.
hmm.. ADVENTURE ji.... u r rite..

IMO, privatization WILL come to railways coz even the basic rights like health and education are already privatized resulting in lower strata unable to get their rights. And this will tear down the railways.
