i think there should be a non-stop train from secunderabad to vijayawada(similar to shramshakti express of cnb-ndls) during night with timings sc(dep) b/w 2330-2355 and bza(arr)-0600 and in opp dir with same timings daily. there are lot of buses going from hyd to bza during night and this train can act as substitute for those. also name it as indrakeeladri express.
why should a non-stop take 6hrs 30 mins, when other trains do the same distance in 5hrs that too with stoppages in the middle.
If it has to run non-stop, then it may run in less than 4hrs 30 mins, which based on the start time of 23:00, would make it reach around 3:00am in SC, which would not be convenient at all.
no train is able to travel in 4h30min, least is garibrath 5h15min. since it is night train and if it reaches early, it is not convinient.non-stop is because it is not much useful to other parts on route, hence no need to stop(see shram shakti b/w kanpur and new delhi, though it is non stop, it takes 6h50min whare as the other trains travel in 5hrs).but stops is not a matter.
my point is there shud be a train any time after 2330(say 2355, almost midnight 12) and it arrives bza by 0600(must, not early not late) and similarly it starts at bza after 2330(say again 2355) and reaches sc 0600. also, it should not be extended to any other parts, else...
