CKWL- This is the waiting list for tatkal tickets. This waiting list will advance to confirmed tickets only if some persons who booked tatkal ticket cancels. So the chance of getting ticket confirmed is very less if your waiting list position is greater than 10.....my question is WHY WILL SOME ONE WITH CONFIRM TATKAL TICKET CANCEL HIS/HER TICKET WHEN THERE IS NO REFUND.......PLZ ANY ONE EXPLAIN IT TO ME ...
Even in the time of emergency no need to cancel the tkt whn thr is no refund..
Well, there will be some people who will cancel it, just not to leave the seat/berth to be exploited by TTE on board. I do this when I have to cancel my trip. It benefits waitlist pax
