Bsp ngp route me rush bahut hai,but intercity aur shivnath exp k hone ki wajah se situation kaafi controlled hai
Yup for Varanasi route ,i can say that one out of these two, may be Garib Rath special can be used,but will not agree for ngp route
But if you see the avlb of these specials you will understand my point.
For NGP, people are taking Buses as no much option is available.
Amaravati too get daily status because of demand.
Locally it is also known as ambulance exp. as many patients visit NGP for better treatment.

Ngp k liye ye specials aur khali chalti....bsp k liye 2 daily trains hai...jo high WL k sath chal rahi hai....but ngp k liye amravati exp daily hai,usme aaram se seat available hai....jab regular train me seat available hai,toh special chalane ka kya matlab hai ngp route pe
As I mentioned earlier passengers prefer buses as there are rarely any day trains. Which are present, all are of long routes which runs jam-packed.
The rush is not between Jabalpur and Bilaspur. The two trains you mentioned are of longer route and booked for intermediate stations whereas
The garib rath is running with 800 to 900 vacant seats as it is not availbale to passengers before JBP.
