Anshul~ 8064 blog postsI was trying to book 2 tickets from Indore till Shivpuri(The status was RAC 1 when i booked). However, during the last stage, IRCTC showed the following message "Transaction failed", however when i checked my booking history,it shows that the tickets are booked. However,i am yet to receive SMS from IRCTC. when i cross-checked the PNR, from www.indianrail.gov.in, it is showing only CNF message,and isn't reflecting my coach no or seat no.
Is the ticket really booked?? or the transaction is failed,and i should try again?

Check your ticket in booked history.
It might be there. And as for PNR showing CNF u will get the berth after charting only.

Check in the booked history whether the Travel details are same as that of you have mentioned during the booking...If yes need not book again.Also now if seats/berths are showing as confirmed final details can be known after charting only..
if ur pnr is generated thn ur ticket was booked
check ur bank acc the money is debit or not

Tickets are there na leave about SMS you can resend it to your Mobile again.
