It was not because of non-change, the inter board for change of RSA is not there or fallen for improper maintenance. see image clearly, you can find it.
Last sunday, Chennai Egmore-Mangalore Cholan Express was seen at PGT. The lock didn't work, hence it fell to show the board as Cholan Express
Chera kings have travelled till Himalayas for fetching stones to built a statue for the epic god 'Kannagi'. Now IR's 'Cheran' travels to the North West :) for RSA
