Hi experts,
Pls suggest best way to book in Tatkal quota, I am in USA, was trying to book ticket since last 3-days continuously , when I try to open irctc/irctc light version website at 10am IST, it never opens till 1pm IST, even it opens it will be very slow does not go till selecting the book option.

if you are relying to book e-ticket in tatkal through IRCTC. you will never succeed..
If u r using windows 8 then u can try irctc win8 application ..
