I would like to chat with IRCTC Agent.. I am not able to chat with the person. When I click on the Chat. I am getting home page. Please help.

Members with less than 50 "opinions received" have been barred to send pvt posts and chat requests. Some IRCTC agent with good credentials has to send you request then only you will be able to chat.
