bookings are Started for after 1st July 2014, which is the Day when TT changes for All trains Implements.

This year's TAAG could be bit delayed..Once the New Govt is Formed & Rly Budget is Presented then New TT shall come up along with new trains & if any changes to existing ones..
if new govt announce IRCTC will start working well from next day of budget .......... then people will not argue for new trains :P
