All temporary halts for all trains are deleted . The booking will open about 1 week before July 1

No, they ll be renewed with the time. Initially in the systems they do enter end date of 6 months or whatever experimental period is, but once that validity date comes close and suddenly they wake up after repetitive queries for the reservation of those newly introduced halts and they then renew it with due approvals.
So just wait for few more days, you will notice that PRS for Dholpur and lalitpur will start again.
I have myself experienced it with 12029/12030 with RPJ halt.

no one query for reservation from these halts coz these have almost null patronage.
Even if Null patronage, these will come as Permanent Stoppages. Withdrawing a Stoppage after Sanctioning Invites Super Opposition and Even Physical agitation Sometimes.
