Its WL48 in 3A.. WL 14 in 2A, WL 3 in 1A.
As per calculations.
HO quota - 1A - 8.
All the waiting is going to clear in 1A leaving 5 seats unused. Means upgradations.
2A...

HO - 12. Defence - 2.
So all the waiting in 2A will also clear. + some upgradations to 1A. Which will still leave 5 seats unused..
For 3A - HO - 26, Defence - 2, foreign tourist - 2.
Tot 30 seats + 5 in 2A.
At least WL 40-42 may clear and after that others can reach RAC too..
You can book in 3A or 2A depending upon your choice..
