crs inspection scheduled on may 14th for electrification works completed on vm-kpd line, the next day speed trial run scheduled from vm-kpd, soon all trains will get electric loco running between vm-kpd line for the first time....
Lets hope this train's speed gets increased in both the directions with an avg speed of 50km/hr and reducing travel time to atleast 16.30 hrs.
CRS was satisfied with electric traction on VM-KPD line and very soon electric locos gonna haul... Speed gonna increased and Trains would be reaching within 2 hours from Vellore cantonment to Villupuram as per Railway authorities...
we are eagerly waiting for first electric loco service on vm-kpd line, like in MG vm will handle loco change for all ML trains running via vm-kpd....
