the biggest one I remember was the sudden change of PF which cause stampede and since then they are relunctant to change the PF of the train and they keep the train at outer until the particular PF gets empty and if trains from both sides have a common PF then they decide on the priority and now they seldom change the PF, even though other PFs are empty

but if the kumbh mela rush is over then why are they not changing the PF if required. it sould be done immediately to improve the punctuality. i think it is ridiculous.

if they will do so, then punctuality will definately increase, and the problem is that, if a train waits on outer for PF clearance, others also have to wait in queue for the same and the delay compounds afterwards
